According the Millsboro, DE  Fire Company's website, it's a 1949 Ford, and was formerly Millsboro Engine 83-4.    Was sold to Burns Well Drilling sometime in the '80's...............
The only MARC in 46 ENGINE!

Quote:Here's another somewhat happy end to a proud rig!  It's not exactly a fire truck anymore.  They removed the pump and a lot of the equipment, but it retained its appearance as a fire truck!

Central States didn't start up until 1983.  This would be a Central, manufactured in St. Louis, MO (aka Central-St. Louis).
