Question, I was montioring the DFD Box 4 live CAD and noticed an Engine 101 with Engine 7, Truck 10, and Rescue 56 on an MVA. Is DFD running a double Engine house? Thanks in advance. Rick

I do not think that Dallas is running any double engine houses.

 

With the vehicles responding, it is possible that the MVA was on the border of Dallas and Addison.  Addison does have an Engine 101.

Dallas does not have any "double engine" houses.  We had a few of these many years ago when we experimented with the Task Force Concept but those days are LONG gone.  

 

The resources assigned to that response were likely a result of the terms of existing automatic assistance MOU that Dallas has with Addison.
