I am interested in all of the equipment and apparatus used in fire fighting and ems service. Quote:A nice little old brush unit still running about from Union Bridge, MD.Hey it maybe old but all we do when a motor goes up is put a new one in under the hood and it is ready to go. It maybe slow on the road but once it gets off the road it can go any wheres that these newel nicer looking brush trucks won't go. When we first got it it was slim green (which was not a UBFC standard color) which u can see under some of the painted red scratches. But hey we got it from Army surplus back in the late 70's early 80's and she is still going strong. I know they since I am a member are not in any future buying a new brush truck. I know we are looking into buying a new Engine/tanker to replace our 92 Grumman/Spartan 1500 gallon engine/tanker. BTW it is a 1968 Kaiser Jeep not a 74.

They take a licking and keep on ticking!!! Thats what you need-a worker not a looker. |
