Spartan ERV brought an older demo rig, still labelled as a Crimson, to the show.

Sutphen had a really nice pumper there from the St. John's Fire Department in Southeast Arizona.  I think this rig has been in service for a while.  It was built in December of 2012 and was fully equipped, so I figure they just brought it up for the show.  I really like the Sutphen 1/2 top mount pump panel.  Very compact.

I have no info on this rig.  It's obviously a Spartan Gladiator Evolution chassis, but I can only surmise it's a Crimson build.  No other identification, nor am I really sure "who's" booth it was at.  It was really crowded on the other side, so I couldn't get to the data plate to look.

Here's another visitor to the show.  I figured this rig was long gone, but it's still running.  Tolleson, AZ Engine 161, 19xx Pierce Lance.  E-161 is the second out (i.e. reserve) Engine, behind E-160.

I like the "Missouri" battleship logo on the front - Appropriate for the length of this rig.

Western States Fire Equipment, the local Rosenbauer dealer, brought their demo Timberwolf interface rig on an IHC 4x4 chassis.

Firetrucks Unlimited from Las Vegas brought this KME they just rebuilt for the Sedona Fire District.  Engine 541 is a 2001 KME 1250/500, S/N 4268.

The level of work on this rig is extensive.  They replaced the original 330hp Series 40 Detroit with a new 400hp Cummins ISL, rebuilt the entire suspension, interior, cabinets, gearboxes; pretty much everything.  When they were done it pumped at over 1500gpm.  Quite impressive.  It's on the way back to Sedona to continue protecting that beautiful part of Arizona.

I like the way they integrated the chevrons into the diamond plate.

SVI is delivering this exhaust fan trailer to the Phoenix FD.  It has a 72" height and a 250,000cfm fan.  That's pretty much enough to clear out most buildings, for sure.

Rather than bringing a demo rig, CustomFire borrowed Sun City's 2012 model for the show.

KME had their rigs so tightly packed in, photography was poor, at best.

However, the destination of this rig should be fairly obvious...

Although it's hard to see on a video, the rear LED's were great.

Quote:Bloomington, Il just received approval to buy an E-One demo platform quint. I suspect that this is the rig going to Bloomington.
I do believe that E\-One has several platforms running around as the one Bloomington is buying was still in the St.Louis area as of this past weekend.

I forgot to mention that both E\-One rigs had "West Coast Demonstrator" on the spec sheets, so you're probably right on another unit going to Bloomington.
