It's an AC that runs off the shore line. A lot of DFW departments are doing this now.

I am a little late, but I have this from my contact in Addison. 

 

"We add auxiliary A/C units on all of our rigs to keep temperature sensitive items, such as medicines, cool inside the bay.  This is in addition to the onboard A/C unit that runs when the apparatus is running.  We plug these auxiliary units in using shoreline power cords in the bay while the apparatus is sitting."
