Dave, evergreen was I believe a 1977 Pemfab/Carmar. It was later refurbed into the Pierce Arrow they had.

Dave,

 

I compared your photo with an old slide I have and it looks like Evergreen Engine 2, 1250/500. In 1992 it was rehabbed and a Pierce Arrow cab was added and became E1 then Engine 246-1.
