Station 4 is the newest, in the northeast corner of the city.  This station houses Engines 4 and 44 and Rescue 4.

Didn't realize Iowa City had so much new apparatus. Their reserve pumper fleet is in good shape for years to come (Captain Obvious).

When I stopped at Station 1 the firefighter I talked to said their oldest truck was the Tower and with in the next year or 2 its going to be replaced.

Tanker.  The firefighters weren't able to pull out anything else because they had to leave to hang a big flag off the ladder truck to honor the procession of a Marine killed in action, traveling to Ottumwa.
