13-second knockdown in Portland 8-5-2014

Shortly after 08:00 Portland transmitted a box for a mobile home on fire at 12726 SE Division St.

Station 7 arrived about 3 minutes later and reported a mobile home fully involved.

Since the fire was on Division St., one of the busiest in Portland, and the fire was just beyond a sidewalk and driveway, we wonder

how it could have become so well involved before someone called.


Eng. 7 has just charged the first line.





Fire is knocked down in just 13 seconds.

Ahhh, trailer fires...5-10 minutes of firefighting followed by 2 hours of overhaul.
