I am wrong, and right, I think lol. There were three of these rigs very close to each other in this area, two had open jumpseats and the third had a four door cab. Sparta's was similiar, maybe even identical, to the one in the photo, but was sold a few years ago and it's disposition is unknown. The one in the photo we're discussing was original to the department it's serving at now (Millstadt), and is still in service. Columbia, IL was the one with a four door cab, it was just sold to a smaller neighboring department last month.

It must've been the identical rig then, because from studying the two photos (albeit from opposite sides), they match up, feature for feature. Interesting stuff...
