Mack/Saulsbury.  Unable to find any info on this one, other than the fire District merged with Baldwinsville Fire Department to form North West Fire District in 2013.  The photo was taken in Bedford Hills, NY in a lot where used apparatus sit before being sent to South/Central American.   The pump panel is enclosed in the raised cab area.

1966 Oren Pumper served Mahopac NY 1966-2002.  Donated to Putnam County for use on County Hazmat/Foam Team.  The county gave it to a local estate owner about 2010.  Now owned by the Pawling Fire Department in Ditchess County who plans on restoring it as antique/Cassion rig

Not totally sure, it is entirely possible it is for sale, same with the Ex-Bedford Hills Pierce that is there also.

Found this old Pittsburgh Pierce sitting on Highway 89 just off Interstate 77 outside Mount Airy, NC. Could not get any info off of it.
