2-Alarm Dwelling Fire- Baltimore 12-22-14
#1
Early this AM a dwelling fire was reported in the Highlandtown section of east Baltimore. First in units had heavy fire and smoke throughout.

Everyone was reported out. As crews advanced inside they couldn't get much further in than the living room due to ectreme hoarding conditions.

Battalion Chief 1 withdrew companies and went exterior. He made it a working fire and about 15 minutes later struck out the second alarm. Most of the fire was knocked down within 30 miinutes. When I arrived there wasn't much to see. One civilian was transported to the hospital priority 2.

Here's a shot that a buddy from my firehouse got at the fire. He lives in the neighborhood.
