2nd Alarm + Apartment, Baltimore MD, 8-21-15

Just after 01:00 I woke up to the 2nd Alarm being sounded for 1708 Dundalk Avenue.  Truck 20 was first on scene of a three story apartment building with flames from the 3rd floor on arrival and people reported trapped.  Not understanding the street name, a train delay and very big water made us a little late getting on scene.  One person with severe burns was rescued and the media reported 36 occupants displaced... looked like more to me.
