9/12/15 Bridgeport, CT - The box was transmitted by fire alarm shortly before three a.m. for the report of a vacant dwelling fire in the area of Stratford and Hollister Avenues. Firefighters from Engine 6 could see the fire from their quarters as they turned out. Battalion two arrived reporting a two and a half story,wood frame with heavy fire on the second and third floors. Companies went defensive right away deploying multiple hand lines, two multiversals and the tower ladder. The fire was knocked down in about an hour to bring under control. The cause of the fire is suspicious.

Access for master streams was difficult due to wires and heavy overgrowth of trees.

I was able to get on one of the rear porches of the exposure building and use my fisheye lens.

I always like to look for different perspectives on the fireground.
