First one went into service yesterday. I got to check out inside and out, many cool features we spec'd. Hope they are good rigs!

E-313's rig was wrecked (status unknown) in recent accident

E-303's 2006 ALF to Spare pool to replace older rigs We are running 18-Year old HME/Smeal spares in rough shape.

Negative. New Tower to TL-71. It's due for inspection soon.

R1 whats the Front axle lock for if not parking?

I believe it can be used for parking as a secondary brake. The 98' Smeals had them, the ALFs did not.


I also think the PRV is manual. The Macks had them, a PRV with spring.


I know we went less tech and back to mechanical on a bunch of things. I haven't got to look closely at the Ferraras yet, just saw on runs with them. I will inquire.

Atleast they turned the lights on.....Nothing like going to a call and sounding the siren and no lights are on..lol  Not saying that ever happend to me  (brush truck,one light bar,wire to switch broke) lol

I just did that two days ago. Rookie cleaned the inside and switched off the lights. I hit the master but everything else was off.
