the first of this model brush truck by Acres Emergency Vehicles of Wawanesa, Manitoba.  2016 Acres/Ford F550  4x4  Waterous E511 Diesel pump (275 gpm).  400 Imp GWT 20 Imp GFT.  Waterous Aquis 1.5 Foam system

Tires and wheels are based on the military pattern (tires are: 335-80R20).  Brush 14 is for Warman, Saskatchewan

right on both counts!  It is a tanker (water tender) and it is basically, a water delivery truck painted red.
