Littleton, CO House Fire 3/22/16
#1
On Tuesday evening Littleton & South Metro Firefighters were dispatched to a confirmed residential structure fire at 6331 S. Lakeview Street.  LFR Control 1 was receiving multiple 911 calls, including reports of a 5 year old child trapped inside.  A large plume of black smoke was widely visible as units were responding.  First arriving Battalion Chief 1 and Ladder 12 found heavy fire showing from the charlie and alpha sides and the roof.  A transitional attack was used to quickly darken down the main body of fire and then primary searches began.

The charlie side deck was fully engulfed and a second attack line was directed there.

Medic 11 crew on the charlie side.  Live power lines were down which made any better access a challenge not worth taking.

Good coverage Eric.

Are they all 3-man crews?
