Dave- for what it's worth, the Guil-Rand ladder was originally Redwood VFD in Durham County. They only had it a year or so before they sold it.

One other fact- High Point bought 5 of these quints in anticipation of going to the Quint Concept. Change of Chief, change of plan. 3 were very quickly sold to Fayetteville.
