Looks identical (save a Q mounted on the front left bumper) to the truck lettered as Ladder 1 in the Emergency movie "The Most Deadly Passage".  If you look just past the base of the ladder you can see the door to the area where a crew member would ride standing up.  I'm not sure if there's one on the other side, but it would make sense Smile
