This unit went into service on January 2, 2017, and replaces a 1986 E\-One 110' RM (ex Arlington, TX)

This is also the first department specified Ascendant PUC placed into service in Texas.

From visiting with them, they seem pleased with it.

 

Of course, it has only been in service shy of 1 month.

2017 International 7400 4 X 4-Pierce Type 3 Wildland Pumper 1000-500-30 foam (Pierce Job # 29867) Engine 502 Flower Mound, TX

This unit went into service on February 17, 2017, and replaces a 2014 Pierce Velocity PUC 1500-750 (Pierce Job # 27620) which moved to new Station 6 and is now Engine 506.
