Based on the pre-2005 front end and the light bars that this is probably more like a 2002. I didn't even realize that Pierce offered all steer in a pumper. I thought it was ladders only.

Firehouse Wiki shows them receiving a new one in 2012 that is a PUC with a different grille and front than this one.
