Truck 11 is this 1985 Seagrave 100 foot, formerly Gouverneur Fire.  The department actually had purchased Canton's old Seagrave, but due to the excessive cost to repair it, bought this rig instead. They have it offered back to Gouverneur to use as a reserve in the event that their ladder ever goes down for an extended period of time. With that, there is still a Gouverneur Fire Dept crest on the truck, which is visible on the front corner of the cab. Star Lake would like to paint it blue, but at the time, the cost is preventing this.

While driving to Watertown to the SPAAMFAA convention hotel, we came into the Village of Harrisville in Lewis County. There was a massive thunderstorm just ahead of us as pulled up at the fire station, and as luck would have it, every truck was outside as they were cleaning the apparatus floor. Although not posed, we shot the trucks anyway as the thunder roared. Immediately after shooting the rigs, the skies opened up with torrential downpours, intense lightning and heavy winds, and that was the end of the day.

Although not a fire apparatus, the Heuvelton Mack tractor trailer tanker has the bulldog customized, and is worth showing here.

Canton's tower looks like Odenton,Maryland's past tower. I could be wrong but I might be right...

Saturday morning came with clouds and a few sunny breaks. We headed over to Sackets Harbor to attend the parade and muster. Once there, we found a great spot, as the parade started. The sun actually came out for a bit and we were positioned with it in the right spot.  When the parade came into the muster site, the first 10 or so rigs came right where we were, and then they started sending some down a different route, which took them right out of the sun. Any information is much appreciated on the rigs!
