Quote:Our final installment for this evening is this American LaFrance Snorkel that served at Paterson, NJ Truck # 3. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/banghead.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> http://www.aerochief.com The pic on the website was taken at the same time, but from a slightly different angle and without the dog. It's a Don Loeb or Leo Duliba shot. Scott, is the one you posted yours, or do you know who took it? I'd like to use it on the site, it's sharper.
Scott....love the pictures! Always look forward to looking at this topic. Do you have any Bergen County rigs that may not have been posted around already?
The Lambertville, NJ Rescue Squad once ran this neat late 50s Chevrolet 4x4 rescue truck. I wish I had the info to go along with his classic. Mattson Collection
1958 Chevy/Black bodywork... all I have listed...
Also Lambertville ran this old Civil Defence REO. It was orginially owned by Flemington Rescue. It operated as Rescue 17-55 for the HEAVY RESCUE TEAM. They won many World Champion Titles.
Finally LARS operates with this GMC/EVI Rescue. It is a Late 70's early 80's rig that I am sure will be replaced Sooner or later.
Also they run a Former Military P-10 Rescue as a Tech Rescue unit and support to the Marine Unit. |
