ANGEL FIRE DEPARTMENT
#1
In August of this year I was at the Clark County Fire Department Open House at Station 14. I ran into a guy who is running a Non Profit organization called the Angel Fire Department. The department started as a project for one of his closest friends who's son loves Fire Trucks and firefighters, and sadly his son has brain cancer.

Last month I joined the Department. Now we do not fight fires but what we do is help those children with Traumatic Brain Injuries, Cancer, and other illnesses that may end their life.

The Department founder is a Retired Boston Cop and current Naval Reservist, and most of the members of the department are Retired Career Firefighters or former Volunteer Firefighters.

Here is Angel Fire Department Engine 1

This photo show's two Clark County Fire Department Explorers using the Deck Gun on Engine 1.

Today we were out at Nellis Air Force Base for the Airshow and the young man who started it all was there.

Cole Thow is 10 years old and has Brain Cancer. Today he saw Engine 1 for the first time.

This photo is of Cole and Rich the Chief of the Department. (I took this photo but will not copyright it)

The following were taken by other members of the department and credit goes to those who took the photos.

While out at the Airshow we had a lot of photo ops with kids and teenagers. We took all the photos we could and here are a couple that I took. I will have more as I process them.
