IFD TSU 31. An '00 International 4400/2004 Horton. This was originally assigned to Washington Twp, Station223 (then IFD Station 6 after the Washington twp/IFD merger.) Another HR style body, but is actually used to replace and refill SCBA bottles.
This is what I have on this: Originally purchased by King of Prussia (Montgomery County, PA) - 1990 Simon-Duplex Vanguard tilt-cab/E-One, custom non- walk-in rescue body, 4-door elevated roof command cab, unpainted roll-up compartment doors, Detroit 6V92, 335HP, automatic, hydraulic PTO generator, light tower, extended bumper with center winch, red wheels, in 2006 sold to Gilbertsville (Montgomery County, PA.),sold in 2016 to Clemmons (Forsyth County, NC). They repainted it all white with a blue stripe.

Originally an E-One/Saulsbury. Rehabbed by Pierce.
Thanks for the corrected info. Here is a link to google maps that just happened to drive by the station while the Rescue was on the ramp, just after delivery to Clemmons, but prior to its rehab.
Here is the Clemmons rig at its original home, King of Prussia, PA. It was a 1990 Simon-Duplex D-500/E-One, as Bruce stated. It was refurbed by SPEVCO, a company in North Carolina, in 2016. The Pierce grille was added to make it match their four Pierce Arrow XT apparatus.
