Need Help Identify Truck

On the Way back from St.Charles MO Spotted this truck parked in an office parking lot off I-270


Truck says Cedar Point FD, have know idea where this is located

Any idea where this truck served prior and specs on the truck would be apperciated.

Cedar Point is in LaSalle County, IL.  Their current numbering scheme matches this rig.  It's a Ford C-8000/Pierce, but they didn't buy it new.  Unsure of where it originated.
