It took awhile but new Heavy Rescue 103 is now in service and I've heard the old Heavy Rescue was sent up to 136s

Date unknown but the Vernon City Council has agreed to contract with the Los Angeles County Fire Dept for Fire and EMS Services, Under the plan Vernon Station 76 and 77 will remain open and become Station's 176 and 177, Station's 78 and 79 will be closed.

Affective 12/1/19 Fire Station 33 in Lancaster will see the placement into service of a 2nd fully staffed Engine company, Engine 233. Fire Station 33 sees an average of 18-20 calls per day.

For those keeping score at home today 12/1 saw the disbanding of Light Force 185 in Pomona with the Engine being closed and the quint remaining, Two new Squads also came online Squad 93 and Squad 182.

This morning at 0800HRS the Los Angeles County Fire Dept Dispatch has begun to officially provide Fire/EMS Dispatch services for the La Verne Fire Dept.
