Ah good ole' Engine 2....was a true workhorse and pumped like a champ until the day it was replaced. It is still in service somewhere up in Maine I believe.



Here is a picture of the 1972 Duplex/Great Eastern that Westview Hose Co.3 of Ridgefield Park operated until 1994. It was also a 1000gpm pumper, and it is currently rusting away in a lot in Maine. (not the best picture, sorry) Credit to the Photographer

At one time (and even now) All rigs that carried a pump were Darley. Until 1988 all werer "Comercial" chassis. Califon had the first 4 door cab in Hunterdon. Here are 44-64, 44-66, and 44-81. All with Darley body work.
