As you all know, I photograph a fair number of fire apparatus, but occasionally, I shoot other things. I am a fan of many "large, loud, shiny objects", to quote The Silent One. Here are some of them.

I'm not much of a railfan, but The Silent One dragged me to a train show a few years back at the NC Transportation Museum and I took a few shots. I've always thought this style of engine was the best looking.

I have been a fan of the Jeep Forward Control since childhood and have owned four of them, but none so nice as this wrecker seen at an antique car show in Florida.
