01/29/20 Winnipeg MB Car fire

was getting ready to head to bed when I got a notification from pulsepoint for a car fire 3 blocks away from me. i grabbed my camera and got there right as Rescue 5 arrived. turned out the car was involved in a chase before and was missing the back passenger tire, the entire passenger side of the vehicle was smashed, the driver tried to torch the car and ran half a block down the street before being arrested.      Fire was contacted to the engine compartment.
