Nice shot there Chris!
Indeed, it was the first Quantum MM T/L. The department knew it was the first, so they were able to get a relatively good deal on it. They were originally scheduled for a Pierce Dash cab, but were able to upgrade to the Quantum for only $15k more. A no brainer to this mostly Quantum department! L-R Pasadena Engine 33 Engine 34 and Battalion 3 Photo taken today
Being a Mack fan that is one nice picture.

Credit to photographer
That is one great pic! Thanks!!! <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/BananaMan.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/luxhello.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Where did you happen to get it from and do you have anymore from the New Orleans area? When I shot Terrytown a couple of years ago, they still had the snorkel, the TS, and 3 of the CF engines. The rest of the fleet was <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/machinegun.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Pierce.

BTW was that Fox at Brookfield still in service? <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Oh No, that's right, that would happen in southern IL or SW IN LOL <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='<_<' />
Here's a couple for all my friends in Jersey to drool over- this was West End Hose Co. of Somerville Centennial muster in 1988. A Mack C-model and a Hahn seem to be the 1st-line equipment at that time. In the 2nd pic, a Mack L-series has wedged itself between the 2 more modern rigs.
