Chester Hill Volunteer Hose Company Clearfield County Pa GMC/Pierce Engine/Tanker and Spartan/Emergency One Engine group photo.

That Spartan/E-One is fairly well traveled. 

A 1988 that was originally purchased by Minoa, NY (outside of Syracuse), before being replaced by a 2013 E\-One pumper that was shown at the 2013 NYS Chief's Show.  It was then sold to Glen Aubrey, NY, where it served for a number of years. 

Here it is at a 2013 house fire in Whitney Point, NY.
