i believe all their apparatus are yellow.
As of march of 06( when I moved from the chicago burbs to texas) Hinsdale was running a fleet of black over yellow
2 Pierce engines 1 01 or 02 dash 1 older dash 89 perhaps 1 94 spartan LTI 100 foot tower 1 95 or newer spartan 3d rescue engine 2 international horton medic units. The newer Dash is a rescue engine also but to the best of my knowledge no squad. It is very possible you passed clarendon hills FD going from chicago to san fran also and they Have a Pierce squad. Clarendon hills is whit over yellow. Sadly I do not have pics but I am sure some other people could come up with a few Accokeek,Md. Current Fleet Courtesy of the A.V.F.D.
