Looks like a fairly new piece. I was there in 2005 (?) and it was a more beat up scope.

We've been using this spare engine now for almost 3 months. Our regular rig is in the shop for supposedly just a rear leaf spring replacement!!!! <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_crazy.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Icon_crazy' /> <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bitch.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

does anyone know of any sort of FDNY CAD log that is printed online, as opposed to a live radio feed? I have been to the various sites where you can listen live, but i never understand half of what they're saying. I just moved to a place near Little Italy in Manhattan and Engine 55 blares past all the time, but I never know where it's going. I'm from Tampa, FL and there is a live dispatch website, so im used to knowing whats up.

Thanks!

Try these urls _ they're very involved in showing what FDNY does so it'll take a while to appreciate all that's there.

http://www.fdnewyork.com/ This is a site run by a Brooklyn Supervisig Dispatcher but very good in history; has a box look up feature.

www.FDNYING@yahoogroups.com This will provide a list of what companies responded. It's sometimes a day late in listing multiple alarms but you'll get as complete a rundown as possible.

Do you have a scanner? Know the frequencies of the boroughs?
