This unit CAR 27 has a dash board camera (like police units have) when they arrive on scene, the Chief points the cam at the fire and records the best it can. You might not see all but they do have something after to use as a critique of the call.

No, Community's non-water wet down for their new rescue this past Saturday, I'll post the remainder tonight.

I had to teach the same day as South Plainfield's parade

It was acquired from Conoco/Phillips Refinery. It was the refinery's old rescue truck. It's Ford/Pierce. Not sure of the acutal model year.

It's role is a rehab/support unit and fire prevention education unit.

Just and FYI... I forget which one is real and which is just the grill but there is only ONE Federal Q-2B in the bumper... the other was just to "Balance" the look out. Also there is a small corner of one of Franklin Twp's Police car in the shot. When I dispatched all the cars were white with blue and yellow stripes. After the new chife took over the cars when to Black and White and were vote 3rd place best looking car in Law & Order magizine in 2003. The FTPD also started to run a Harley as 8M1. Over the Radio it was 8 MIKE 1.
