This looks like a new rig like a roll off truck. Under the cover appears to be a "TCV" Total Containment Vessile. THis is the device you place a Device inside for transport. Most are all closed in case something HAPPENDS!

i always thought this was the hazmat truck that was at floyd bennet field but now looks like it is responding out of esu 4 so im thinking know this is a spare truck since i havent seen esu 4 regular truck in a while can anyone clarify anyway esu 11 acting esu 4?
