I think that 2007 HME may be North Walpole NH or VT. No such place in MA.

It's North Walpole NH, a small town located on the Connecticut River on the NH/VT border, about halfway between Keene and Lebanon.

I am also taking a wild guess- a spare car being used by Quincy's on duty deputy chief?(the normal Car 2 possibly being out of service for repairs?)
