Foam 28

The working end of Foam 28 it carries three 333 gal foam tanks.the tank and hosebed were gutted to make room for the foam tanks. as well as other plumbing added.

Great shots Jim. So do both pieces out of 28 have a working shift? I notice E-28 is gone in the first shot, but someone must have been in house to pull out Foam 28. Thanks!

Hey Drew, the foam is cross staffed with E-28,the first photo was actually a shot taken a few weeks earlier then went back to get some apparatus shots,did not get the Engine since it is pretty much the same as all the others.The community of Bolton is a pretty old area itself with a few buildings having that early 1900's look.

Foam #28 was Engine #19 in it's previous life.

Hey Drew it was alot of travel,but we managed to photograph all the stations.Still working on some of the older history.I am hopeing that some of the members will start posting some of there older photos.I can't wait for FRI,hopefully Atl. and others will make a showing....

Hose Tender #27 is actually getting a new rig this week - FINALLY! I saw some pre-recruits painting the baffles in the hose bed on Monday. It's a Ford F-350 with a crew cab.
