i believe its Franklin Township, Pa b/c of the white over lime green paint scheme and b/c of the lettering "Engine 412" and that is the Correct number for an engine in Carbon County.

1962 Amer LaFr 900 series 750/500. Delivered new to Abington FC (Montgomery Co.),PA painted red. In 1976 sold to Franklin Twp.(Carbon Co.),PA where repainted LYW. In 1990 sold to Jeff Yaroc-Richmond,MI. In 2003 owned by Rob McClure-Indianaopolis,IN. In 2003 owned by Pete Walsh-?IN.
