Is the Lock Haven Sutphen a full Sutphen built truck? The back is unusual for a Sutphen, looks more ALF to me. The aerial itself looks Sutphen, but the body doesnt.

Pat, GREAT photos! That came out of Cronomer Valley near Newburgh, NY and they still have a matching engine in service there. Fire Cab was a short lived company in Chambersburg, PA (I think?) that bought the rights to the Pemfab cab. They only made a few rigs before they went under, including some interesting 6x6 ARFF rigs for South America, Venezuela if I remember correctly. I thought this particular rig was on one of their "Pemfab" cabs, but I guess not.
