Found these two sitting next to the Monterey Ky fire station. No one around so I don't know what the story is with them. Couldn't get better photos thanks to the wasps that have made a home in the cabs.

Don't know if this Pirsch was Anderson Township Ohio or Indiana? It had "1 Adam 31" on the dash, no build plates or numbers that I could find.

Part 2 is the American LaFrance Pacemaker

Build Date is 3/74 and the truck number-PM17 3750, don't know if that's the VIN or the builders #. No idea where it's from other then it has KY official plates and the tag on the pump from Panama Fire Apparatus. If anyone wants more info on either engine I can go back and try to find out.

Nice of them to leave the government tags on it. I guess its being repaired, not sold?

I was told that Elkton no longer owns it. Not sure what the status of it is.

This looks like one sweet PIRSCH and almost ready to enter a new life to fight some fire. You gotta love those tunnel lights. Just needs a bit of TLC! <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/3_12_25v.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='3_12_25v' />
