Many thanks to Ed for working to clear this up. This topic will include New Deliveries and an other Minnesota Apparatus that anyone wishes to include.

Here is another one from Montrose MN 1997 Ford/Central States 250/2000
Even though this one sits 300 yds away from my house, it took me almost 2 years to photograph it. An identical unit was bought by the department a year earlier.
Woodbury MN 2004 Spartan/Rosenbauer General Safety 1500/750/20A/30B Rear Pump.
Delano MN put this 2005 FL 106/Tayne into service early this year. 1250/750/20A
Delano Tnk-11 is a 2003 FLM2/Central States 250/2000 The extended cab is not used for much of anything. A nearly identical unit is on order, with the exception of the cab extension.
What is the reasoning for the many big rig style commercial chassis with huge crew compartments that seem to be popular in Minnesota and Wisconsin?

Great pix as always, John. If you don't mind, I am going to use the Woodbury Fire rear-mount pumper in an apparatus committee meeting next week.

Thanks for the nice comments. Hopefully I can get some more posted today.
chiapet: I think it is still just a cost issue for many of the departments and for others maybe a tradition. Although, the cost differance between a custom chassis and commercial seems to be less than before. I do know that the trend in the metro seems to be moving towards custom chassis.
Taylor: Go right ahead and use the pic for your meeting.
