Yes, the "AVW grille" is a Wheeled Coach specific item, but it is optional, whereas the ICC lights are built-in. The neat part about the ICC lights though, is you can get optional strobes in the corner housings.
Taken at a Mets vs Phillies game this past August in Philadelphia. Apparently NES is contracted to provide EMS.
