i heard its going back to Pierce because they sheered the rear tire off the officer side.

That's looks very close to Gilbert AZ's Reserve Ladder (old Ladder 253 rig)
Close but no cigar. Gilbert's is a 1989 model Arrow job #E4716 (although I did look twice at the shot). By the way, the Washington Twp aerial has a Smeal aerial.
