Here is some more detailed information with reference to your question: Isaac Little Hose #1 was a volunteer wagon located at on the north side of town (Hingham, MA) in the 1800's. As Mike indicated in his short post, Hingham, MA is now tying in the name of their historic volunteer companies with their present day apparatus. The Little family have extensive ties to this area of Massachusetts, dating from the 17th century.
Somerville Engine 3, A 2002 Pierce Enforcer 1250/500.
Two notes from Somerville, 1) Somervilles Engine 1 (89 Pierce Lance) is running with Engine 4s (1990 Pierce Arrow). And the spare engine (89 Pierce Lance (ex E3) is being stored in Engine 4s bay. 2) The former Spare Ladder a 1988 Pierce/1976 Maxim 100’ TDA is being stored behind E4/TL1s house.

In Somerville? My uncle Richard would be pleased to see that! I know Georgetown and Brewster put them on recent rig purchases, but never thought a Metro-Boston department would run them. Are they on all their apparatus, or is it just unique to that engine?

Only Engines 2 and 3 (bought at the same time) have the Roto-Rays. |
