I Like how some Fire departments, or towns ordered multible Hahn Fire trucks.
A lot of Hahn customers were return customers. The odd thing is how many local departments did not order Hahn's East Brunswick NJ a loyal Hahn customer, Old Bridge Fire Co 1976 Hahn. W Schwartz photo notice the 1 1/2" hose compartment in front of the pump area. Nice idea. This must be a trash line?

Hahn only built a few trucks with Chevy/GMC cabs Ford Chassis was a more common choice. One of these GMC Hahn pumpers was up for sale a couple of years ago, I think it was from Leesport. Both Elmer and Leesport had two GMC-Hahn deliveries.

GMC VH5011/Hahn 750/1000 del. date 8/4/1964 GMC 7500/Hahn 750/1000 del. date 4/21/1971 The photo is of the 71, since this chassis was not offered until 1968-69. I have no record of any Hahn deliveries to Philipsburg, either in the 1950's or on that early to mid 50's GMC chassis, but who knows <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/shrug.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
The Hahn vehicles built in the 50's are not listed. there were quite a few. All with comercial cabs, as far as I know.

My notes say that this is the 1941 Hahn that was owned by Tatamy Fire co Tatamy Hahn, #6430-I Northern pump the truck is still around. I also noticed the 1939 plate disagreed with ID # on the dash. See page 18 of this thread, for post of the Tatamy Hahn I think this was privately owned by a member of Garwood NJ. Photo by W Schwartz, D Adelman collection
