I thought that I would try posting some Minnesota apparatus again. All of these shots were from the 2007 photo season.

Becker, MN is NW of the cities, about halfway to St. Cloud. It is a fast growing region as people move farther out from the Metro, to enjoy the good life and lengthen their commute.

We took a couple trips up to the the Brainerd Lakes area this year. At this department, we were handed the keys to the station and moved the trucks ourselves. You can imagine the look we got when the crew answering the Medical call pulled up, while we were backing a truck in. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Rolleyes' />

The department has a couple of nearly identical tankers, that are about three years apart.

Guy's thanks for the nice words.

Dave: I hope that you did not try and use the new camera this weekend, unless you had an anti fog filter.

Joel: All I do is park them in the sun and remember to remove my lens cap.

Next up for tonight is Brainerd, MN

The department recently received a new Quint, that will run as first out of the Central Station.

Ideal Township operates from two stations that are on the North and South sides of the Whitefish chain of lakes. It's not often that your driver shows up on a horse, but that's what happened here.
