Dave and/or Howie...which company built what part of these two Conneaut rigs?

As I recall, the rigs were to be built by Thibault. At some point during their construction, Thibault closed down. Maxim picked up the contract and completed them. I'm not sure how much is Thibault or how much is Maxim.
