I think this rig isn't the City of Spokane, but instead is from Spokane Valley, which is Spokane County Fire District 1.

For everyone's information, Station 3 was demolished to make way for a building project. I called the EFD at 425.257.8100 for an update. E-3 is still running out of Station 1, and construction of the new station is stuck on stop.

This is not a spare, its a 2007 E\-One, SFD shop number 75425.

It was parked in front of quarters on the day that the new fire station was dedicated.

Seattle Engine 10 is a spare rig? Looks like around a '06 model year at the oldest.

Last I knew they were assigned an ALF Eagle. Try to verify shortly.

I think they may have bought some more '08 E-Ones and put them in service in the downtown high incident companies. I saw Engine 2 on the news the other day and they were in a new E\-One that looks exactly like E10. I know 2 used to also have an ALF.



There are also some extremely minute differences between E10's E\-One and the similar rig posted on page 21 of this thread for E31. The turn signal, LED warning light, and side facing white light on E31 are bunched tightly together. They're spaced apart on E10. Perhaps the difference between an '07 and '08?

My apologies. I dropped in at Station 10 today, they verified it's not a spare as I erroneously stated. They received it as a new rig and has been running as Engine 10 for three months. It's either an '07 or an '08.

Bryce, you are right. Engine 2 was outside Engine 5's quarters today, the side indicator lights were spaced appart like E10, and I noticed one more difference. One hinged step is missing just to the right of the cross lays on both of the newer rigs. E31 has three hinged steps as opposed to two on the downtown rigs.

Does this piece have an "extended" hood? Or is it just the angle?
