I think that old Ford haz-mat truck got converted into the marine unit, then the tunnel unit.

Probably just a little routine maintenance while at the shops. Check out post #478 for a better pic of L7, and #476, a shot of the spare rig that was just recently temporarily assigned as L7, and from the pre-stipe era.
