Our 1966 Ford C750 Rescue Squad is pictured next to her. Both are now privately owned by Robert "Moose" Schemelia, our Brigade Chief.[/quote]

Same rig?

May, 1992, just before departure of a Philly bus tour from Collingswood.

Here she is at our brigade headquarters with the newly replaced "Pink" headlights with a nice blue. (Notice above the 1611 on the stde it says Parade Engine 23?) That was done for 2 reasons. 1) to satisfy an agreement to leave the gold leaf as was, & 2) Our Brigade Station numbers are 23. Lettering is being made for us by VCI in Berlin NJ that will replace the red white & blue magnets. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/drredengine.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Drredengine' />

What's going on with ALF. Does it look like they will still be making trucks or will they close the doors again.

1949 American Lafrance 75' this was Smithfield's first truck and was purchased from Norfolk in 1981. The rig ran until 1991 when it was replaced by a used Mack/Baker 75' scope. As a side note this was also used by franklin mint to make a modle of the rig in its Norfolk lettering.
